True Freedom Men’s Prison Ministry has a vision to be in every prison in the state of Ohio every week doing evangelism, discipleship and mentorship, addiction recovery and pre-release programming with the goal of making every inmate a committed follower of Jesus Christ, equipping them to lead lives of purpose and productivity inside prison and upon reentry into society.

Our five chaplains and our volunteers provide services, programs and classes in Ohio’s prisons.  True Freedom is an all-inclusive Prison Ministry.  We are active at arrest when people are in local county jails.   We are active in reintegration centers before prisoners are released.  We are active in between arrest and integration where True Freedom Prison Ministry provides programming which includes Bible study, character development courses, pre-release and post-release vocational training and education to inmates and former prisoners. We also provide support programs for the family members of offenders to help them cope while their loved one is incarcerated.
