True Freedom’s Character Development class is based on the Book of Proverbs and meets weekly for one hour. The course runs for 40 weeks, with a different “value” covered each week. These include attitude, responsibility, productivity, etc. Chaplain David Hill teaches Character Development at Stark Regional Community Correction Center and at Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility.
