Read More2020 started off as a sprint for us, as we experienced a 20% growth in all of our outreaches during the first quarter of the year, averaging 207 services, programs, and classes every month. Think of it: that’s 7 per day! Through God’s grace, the ex-offenders in our work release program earned over $500,000 in wages during 2019, having earned zero the year before. And we expanded this vital initiative in January by placing inmates from Grafton Correctional at a high-tech medical company in Twinsburg called reLink Medical.

Ordinarily, by October we are busily preparing for our Fall Banquet, our biggest fundraising event of the year. However, due to COVID, that door is closed. This would be greatly discouraging if we weren’t standing on Romans 8:28: “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.” Where God closes one door, He opens another.
